Greg Beale - Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator, Greg insures the pre-construction process goes as smoothly as possible. He assists our architect, designer, engineering and most importantly our clients’ interests throughout the concept, design and budget development ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Greg was born and raised in Santa Cruz. With his father’s background in architecture and private land use planning and his mother’s background in family and marriage counseling, Greg grew up with a balance of people skills and an understanding of construction and design that makes him a perfect fit for the Leff team. He attended CSU, Chico, and has a BS in Construction Management with Option in Architectural Project Management. He is a licensed general contractor since 2006, and has worked for large and small General Contractors in Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo.

One of the highlights of his construction experience was building his parents’ retirement home with his family by his side in 2005.

He enjoys spending time with his wife, Caitlin and their Golden Retriever Stanley, golfing, surfing, fly fishing and everything that has to do with the Sierras and the great outdoors.

Greg is a certified BPI Building Analyst Professional.
